3 Steps
The Route of China offers a complete system for managing your purchase in China.
To simplify this system, we created the concept of the 3 steps:
1st STEP
- Presentation of a report with complete product information (up to 3 suppliers);
- Best freight quote;
- Preparation of all shipping documentation, as Proforma Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading and Certificate of Origin in accordance with the laws of your country.
2nd STEP
- Factory auditing and inspection (we can send pictures and video of the factory to the clients);
- Meeting with suppliers.
The following criteria about the suppliers will be analyzed:
- Level of communication and relationship;
- Verification of the reputation of the supllier according to the Chinese government;
- Full analysis of the structure of the company;
- Testing and quality assurance system;
- Analysis of the production system;
- Product analysis;
- Market analysis.
Note: This audit included a investigation on the quality of the components and materials used in the production process, a visual check of the quality of materials and packing materials, monitoring the assembly and packaging process.
Checkout
The Chinese companies often work with the payment of 30% in the checkout and the remaining balance before shipment.
3rd STEP
Final Product and Container Loading Inspection
This inspection aims to control the condition of containers as well as to ensure that the right quantity and quality of goods will be shipped.
The inspection consists of:
- Packaging and packing;
- Check overall appearance and quality of final products;
- Check the quantity according to purchase order;
- Ensure containers are in good condition;
- Overview of the whole loading phase.
